It is the season of joy, thankfulness and giving….but as the weather turns cold and the sun disappears from the sky earlier every day….sickness often invades our busy lives.  If we would consistently follow the five steps of immune support, we may avoid the “bugs” that slow us down. Try these simple steps and watch your health improve.

#1. Half of each meal should be fruits and vegetables.
#2. Take a mutiple vitamin.
#3. Drink 4 glasses of water a day and a cup of tea at night with a “tad” of honey. Here are some awesome honeys fortfied with bee venom that you might want to try.
#4. Walk briskly 3-4 times a week.
#5. Wash hands frequently.
